Do you feel pressure to know all the answers when it comes to your client's back pain?
The "Managing Low Back Pain for clients in a Group Class Setting" is short and sweet evidence based workshop full of light bulb moments.
When I completed my Mat + Reformer course, I knew I could whip up a killer class but I lacked the knowledge and confidence around pain science. I definitely felt like an imposter until I completed my Clinical Diploma.
I don't believe everyone needs to complete a Clinical Diploma to know the evidence that's out there. But I do believe everyone should know the guidelines for low back pain & the absolute basics around back pain management. So here I am, bridging the gap.
My goal is to help you make confident decisions and back yourself as a teacher.
This workshop is split up into 2 videos.
Video one: (40 mins)
- Learn the difference between Chronic and Acute low back pain.
- Understand the relationship between Disc Bulge, Disc Degeneration + Sciatica all have with pain.
- The Natural History of LBP
- Tissue healing times.

- A basic understanding of the Clinical Guidelines for Low Back Pain
- Develop a basic understanding about Client Based Care.
Video Two: (16 mins) - Class planning for low back pain.
